Importance of Hadith

🌴 Importance of Hadith 🌴

1) 🍂Hadith bhi Allah subhanahu wa T’ala ki taraf se hi hai🍃

“(Muhammad) does not speak from his desires; indeed, what he says is revelation.”

“Aur wo to apni khwahish se baat nahi karte.
Ye to bas wahi hai jo bheji jati hai..”
(Surah An-Najm 53:3-4)

Issey pata chala ki Prophet ﷺ apni taraf se kuch nahi kahte, Wo jo bhi kahte hai Allah ki Marzi se hi kahte hai.

2) 🍂Hadith Qur’an ki tafsir hai 🍃

“And I revealed to you the Reminder (Qur’aan) in order that you explain to the people what was revealed to them.”

“Aur hamne tumhari taraf Qur’an nazil kiya hai taki logo ko waazeh (saaf saaf bayan) kar do jo unki taraf nazil kiya gaya hai..”
(Soorah an-Nahl 16:44)

Issey Pata chala ki Hadith ka kaam Qur’ani ayto ki tafsir bhi hai..Jaise namaz aur zakat ka hukm Quran me aaya lekin kaise aur kitna Hadith ne bataya..

🔴 The Prophet ﷺ said-
“Whoever says anything about the Quran without knowledge, he should make his abode in Hell. (Abu Dawud, from al-Itqan 2:179)

The Prophet ﷺ said-
Whoever speaks about the Quran on the basis of his opinion, even if says something true he has still made a mistake. (Abu Dawud, Nasa’i)

Issey pata chala ki hame quran ko Hadith ki roshni me  samajhna chahiye aur apne khyal se matlab nahi nikalna chahiye warna gumrah ho jayenge🔴

3) 🍂 Hadith or Sunnah are  Practical Example 🍀

“There  has  certainly  been  for  you  in  the  Messenger  of Allah an  excellent  pattern..”
“Aur Yakinan  tumhare liye hai Allah ke Rasool ﷺ me ek behtareen Namuna..”
(Soorah al-Ahzaab, 33: 21)

🌴 Refutation of Hadith Rejectors~Munkir-e-Hadith ke aitraz ka jawab 🌴

Munkir-e-Hadith kahte hai ki Qur’an to Muhammad ﷺ ke time me likh liya gaya lekin Hadith likhne se to Nabi ﷺ ne mana kiya aur Hadithe 200 saal baad likhi gayi aur wo is Hadith ka hawala dete hai-

Narrated from Abu Sa’eed al-Khudri that the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ said: “Do not write anything from me; whoever has written anything from me other than the Qur’aan, let him erase it and narrate from me, for there is nothing wrong with that.”
📚(Narrated by Muslim, al-Zuhd wa’l-Raqaa’iq, 5326)

Lekin ye hukm un sahaba ke liye tha jo Qur’an likh rahe the, unhe haditho ko likhne se mana kiya gaya taki quran ke sath kuch aur mix na ho.

Infact, There are many authentic narrations collected by the Scholars of Hadeeth that prove that Hadeeth were recorded in WRITING even

🔴During the lifetime of the Prophet ﷺ,🔴

For example:

1) ‘Abdullaah ibn ‘Amr said: “I used to write everything which I heard from the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ with the intention of memorizing it. However,
some Qurayshites forbade me from doing so saying, ‘Do you write everything that you hear from him, while the Messenger of Allaah is a human being who speaks in anger and pleasure?’ So I stopped writing, and mentioned it to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He pointed with his finger to his mouth and said: ‘Write! By Him in whose hand is my soul, only truth comes out from it.’

📚(Sunan Abu Dawud, vol. 3, p. 1035, no. 3639 and authenticated in Saheeh Sunan Abee Daawood,
no. 3099.
The collection of Hadeeth of ‘Abdullaah ibn ‘Amr is known as as-Saheefah as- Saadiqah.)

2) Aboo Hurayrah radiallahu anhu said: When Makkah was conquered, the Prophet ﷺ stood up and gave a sermon [Aboo Hurayrah then mentioned the sermon]. A man from Yemen, called Aboo Shaah got up and said, “O Messenger of Allaah! Write it down for me.” The Messenger of Allaah ﷺ replied, “Write it for Aboo Shaah.”

📚( Sunan Abu Dawud, vol. 3, no. 3641 and authenticated in Saheeh Sunan Abee Daawood, no.
3100.)

Al-Waleed asked Aboo ‘Amr, “What are they writing?” He replied, “The sermon which he heard that day.”

📚(Sunan Abu Dawud, vol. 3, no. 3642 and authenticated in Saheeh Sunan Abee Daawood, no.3101).

3) Aboo Qaabeel radiallahu anhu said: We were with ‘Abdullaah ibn ‘Amr ibn al-‘Aas and he was asked which city will be conquered first Constantinople or Rome? So ‘Abdullaah called for a sealed trunk and he said, “Take out the book from it.” Then ‘Abdullaah said, “While we were with the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ writing, The Messenger of Allaah ﷺ was asked, “Which city will be conquered first, Constantinople or Rome?” So Allaah’s Messenger ﷺ said: “The city of Heracilius will be conquered first,” meaning Constantinople.”
📚 [Saheeh: Musnad Ahmad (2: 176), Sunan ad-Daarimee (1: 126) and Mustadrak al Haakim (3:422).]

🍀The Science of Hadith ~ Mustalah al-Hadith🍀

Hadith is composed of two parts:
1⃣ The matn (text) and
2⃣ The isnad (chain of reporters).

A text may seem to be logical and reasonable but it needs an authentic isnad with reliable reporters to be acceptable.

✅’Abdullah b. al-Mubarak (d. 181 AH) is reported to have said, “The isnad is part of the religion: had it not been for the isnad, whoever wished to would have said whatever he liked.”

✅Malik (d. 179) said,
“The first one to utilise the isnad was Ibn Shihab al-Zuhri” (d. 124 AH).

For example in this Hadith recorded in Yahya’s copy of Al-Muwatta which is one of the few earliest book of Hadeeth from the time of the 🍀Atbaa‘ at-Taabi‘een🍀 have reached us. In the chapter on the Dabb (lizard), we find the following:

“Maalik told me from Ibn Shihaab from Abu Umaamah ibn Sahl (ibn Hurayf) from ‘Abdullaah ibn ‘Abbaas from Khaalid ibn al-Waleed that he accompanied the Prophet ﷺ to his wife Maymoonah’s house and a roasted Dabb was brought for him (to eat)… so Allaah’s Messenger ﷺ stretched out his hand to eat some of it. Some of the women who were with Maymoonah said, ‘Inform Allaah’s Messenger of what he is about to eat.’ When he was told that it was Dabb, he removed his hand from it and (Khaalid ibn al- Waleed) asked, ‘Is it Haraam, O Messenger of Allaah?’ He replied , ‘No, but it wasn‘t in my people’s land and I find it loathsome.’ Khaalid then said, ‘I then tore off (a piece of) it and ate it whole the Prophet ﷺ watched me.’”

📚 Collected by Maalik (Muwatta Imam Maalik (English Trans.), p. 410, no.1745).

Now Sanad of this Hadith is-
Prophet ﷺ

Khaalid radi-Allaahu anhu (sahaba)

Ibn Abbaas radi-Allaahu anhu (Sahaba)

Abu Umaamah radi-Allaahu anhu ( Sahaba )

Ibn Shihaab (Taabi’oon)

Maalik (at-Taabi‘een)

Yahya ( tbaa‘ atbaa‘ at-Taabi‘een)

🌺 And the rest of the text of the above Hadith is called “Matn”.
